NOTE: The allowable torques shown in the table are the calculated values according to JGMA Standards 401-01 and 402-01.
The backlash values
shown in the table are the theoretical values of a pair of identical gears in mesh. All dimensions shown in the above table(s) are listed in millimeters unless otherwise specified.
USEFUL HINT: Stainless steel can be categorized into four types; martensite, ferrite, austenite and precipitation hardened. SUS303 and SUS304 belong to austenite family and cannot be hardened. If you require hardened stainless steel, then you should choose a martensite steel, such as SUS420J.
