CAUTION: When opening the bore to a larger size, please design the maximum bore so that the tooth strength is less than the strength of remaining material. Otherwise the internal stresses on the gear will cause premature failure of the geartrain. The minimum clearance between the bore and the tooth root should be 1.5 times the tooth height.

NOTE: The allowable torques shown in the table are the calculated values according to JGMA Standards 401-01 and 402-01. The backlash values shown in the table are the theoretical values of a pair of identical gears in mesh. All dimensions shown in the above table(s) are listed in millimeters unless otherwise specified.
