CAUTION: The Joining Gauge rack for helical racks must have the opposite direction of helix from the joined rack sections.
CAUTION: Please use the KHG series of ground helical gears to mate with these racks. RH and LH mate as a pair.
CAUTION: Helical racks produce side thrust forces. Please see the application notes in this catalog
NOTE: The allowable transmitted force in the table are calculated according to JGMA Standards 401-01 and 402-01.
USEFUL HINT: The four exterior surfaces of these racks are precision ground. Unless the mounting base is also accurate, the precision performance can not be achieved. Please study the "Hints for Rack Assembly" section before assembling.
